Mediante los primeros se propone aceptar la donaci\u00f3n de dos terrenos de barrio El Huaico a favor de la Municipalidad de la ciudad de Salta, los mismos est\u00e1n destinados a calles, ochavas y espacios verdes. Buscando dar continuidad a su tratamiento ambos expedientes fueron remitidos a la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n General. Los escritos restantes incluyen solicitudes de condonaci\u00f3n de deudas vinculadas a la TISSH y el Impuesto Automotor a partir de presentaciones realizadas por entidades o particulares, as\u00ed como un paquete remitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n Social y Becas.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En primera instancia, los concejales dieron visto bueno a dos Proyectos de Ordenanza que proponen\u00a0<b>aceptar la donaci\u00f3n de terrenos de barrio El Huaico a favor de la Municipalidad de Salta<\/b>. Las superficies, otorgadas por el Instituto Provincial de Vivienda, constan de 7.246,95 m\u00b2 (+) y 2ha 8.921,22 m\u00b2 (+), las que ser\u00e1n destinadas a calles, ochavas y espacios verdes. El articulado adem\u00e1s establece que los mencionados espacios ser\u00e1n destinados al uso p\u00fablico municipal y su destino no podr\u00e1 cambiarse bajo ning\u00fan concepto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En otro momento de la reuni\u00f3n analizaron una solicitud presentada por una entidad de la ciudad vinculada a la\u00a0<b>Tasa por Inspecci\u00f3n de Seguridad, Salubridad e Higiene<\/b>, disponiendo otorgar la condonaci\u00f3n en un 50%. Misma decisi\u00f3n tomaron con uno de los cuatros requerimientos vinculados al\u00a0<b>Impuesto Automotor<\/b>\u00a0que recibieron dictamen en la fecha. Esto por contar con el informe socioecon\u00f3mico correspondiente. Adem\u00e1s, se agrega un\u00a0<b>paquete de expedientes remitido por la Comisi\u00f3n de Acci\u00f3n Social\u00a0<\/b>que incluye pedidos de condonaci\u00f3n de deudas, de los cuales 11 est\u00e1n relacionados a la Tasa General de Inmuebles, el Impuesto Inmobiliario y la Tasa de Protecci\u00f3n de Personas y Bienes. Mientras que los 7 restantes se encuentran vinculados a la Tasa de Uso de Nicho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda fue presidida por la edila Alicia Vargas, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por sus pares Jos\u00e9 Albornoz (ambos de VPS), Gonzalo Corral (YP), Gonzalo Nieva y Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (ambos de
