La normativa instituye el 12 de junio de cada a\u00f1o como el D\u00eda Municipal contra el Trabajo Infantil. El articulado prev\u00e9, adem\u00e1s, la realizaci\u00f3n de acciones de concientizaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n con la tem\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"es\" xml:lang=\"es\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la edila Jorge Saravia fundament\u00f3 que la iniciativa responde \u201ca una realidad visible en la ciudad, cuando vamos sobre todo al centro y vemos a muchos ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes que se acercan a los turistas en las confiter\u00edas para ofrecer distintos art\u00edculos\u201d, expres\u00f3. Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 testimonios de docentes de zonas perif\u00e9ricas, quienes advierten altos niveles de ausentismo escolar. \u201cCuando les preguntan a los alumnos por qu\u00e9 faltaron, muchos responden que estuvieron acompa\u00f1ando a sus padres a trabajar\u201d, agreg\u00f3. En ese marco, sostuvo la necesidad de instituir el 12 de junio como el D\u00eda Municipal contra el Trabajo Infantil: \u201cNo se trata solo de sumar una fecha al calendario, sino de que el municipio asuma un rol activo\u201d.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1986\" normativa establece, adem\u00e1s, que durante todo el mes de junio el\u00a0<b>Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal podr\u00e1 organizar y promover actividades de concientizaci\u00f3n,<\/b>\u00a0jornadas educativas, campa\u00f1as de difusi\u00f3n y acciones territoriales tendientes a prevenir y erradicar el trabajo infantil en la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Asimismo, se dispone la incorporaci\u00f3n de esta fecha al Calendario Municipal Anual, creado mediante Ordenanza N\u00b0 16.149.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Durante el tratamiento de la iniciativa tambi\u00e9n expresaron su postura los legisladores Gustavo Farquharson (VPS), Gonzalo Corral, Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (ambos de YP), Mart\u00edn Del Frari (SF), Pablo L\u00f3pez (LLA) y
