La iniciativa solicita al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que disponga el cumplimiento inmediato de lo establecido en la Ordenanza N\u00ba 16.296, iniciando el proceso de\u00a0<a id=\"_Hlk206607257\" name=\"_Hlk206607257\"><\/a>conformaci\u00f3n formal y operativo de la comisi\u00f3n ad honorem de estudio e investigaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de los t\u00faneles subterr\u00e1neos de la ciudad de Salta.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2475\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54733298802_e1657546df_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54733298802_e1657546df_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54733298802_e1657546df_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54733298802_e1657546df_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La normativa\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">N\u00ba 16.296\u00a0<\/span><\/b><b><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">tiene por objetivo avanzar en la reconstrucci\u00f3n de datos hist\u00f3ricos, la preservaci\u00f3n de la memoria colectiva y del patrimonio cultural,<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">\u00a0as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n fomentar el desarrollo de actividades tur\u00edsticas, culturales y educativas vinculadas a los t\u00faneles ubicados en el microcentro de la ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Cabe destacar que, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto por la norma, dicha\u00a0<b>comisi\u00f3n estar\u00e1 integrada<\/b>\u00a0por representantes de organismos e instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas, profesionales, historiadores y actores del \u00e1mbito acad\u00e9mico y cultural, con el fin de garantizar un abordaje riguroso, transparente y participativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Se subraya adem\u00e1s la<b>\u00a0importancia de iniciar el proceso de investigaci\u00f3n y puesta en valor de los t\u00faneles, dado el inter\u00e9s patrimonial y cultural que representan.<\/b>\u00a0Asimismo, se se\u00f1ala que la pronta conformaci\u00f3n de la comisi\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 dar cumplimiento a lo estipulado en los art\u00edculos 5\u00b0, 6\u00b0 y 7\u00b0 de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 16.296, evitando demoras que puedan afectar la protecci\u00f3n de este patrimonio subterr\u00e1neo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En la oportunidad, el edil coautor de la iniciativa, Gonzalo Corral (YP), manifest\u00f3 que la solicitud de conformaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n surge de los pedidos realizados por vecinos de la ciudad.<b>\u00a0\u201cExisten profesionales, vecinos y miembros del COPAIPA interesados en volcar toda la informaci\u00f3n disponible sobre los t\u00faneles, lo que refuerza la necesidad de iniciar la comisi\u00f3n\u201d,\u00a0<\/b>sostuvo.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de la fecha, el Concejo Deliberante aprob\u00f3 una Resoluci\u00f3n presentada por el concejal Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP).
