Las primeras iniciativas requieren al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal la ejecuci\u00f3n de tareas de bacheo o reemplazo de placas de hormig\u00f3n, de pavimentaci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n o reposici\u00f3n de luminarias, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la construcci\u00f3n de rampas de accesibilidad. En tanto, la restante pide al estamento detalles sobre el avance y caracter\u00edsticas de la obra de restauraci\u00f3n del Mercado San Miguel.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2490\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54735275806_5495dffe65_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54735275806_5495dffe65_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54735275806_5495dffe65_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54735275806_5495dffe65_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En primer lugar, los ediles dieron visto bueno a la iniciativa que unifica nueve expedientes presentados por sus pares, Malvina Gareca (SPV), Jos\u00e9 Luis Arias (YP), Paula Medici (GSC), Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (JxC) y Jos\u00e9 Albornoz (VPS). La propuesta solicita la concreci\u00f3n de trabajos de\u00a0<b>bacheo o reemplazo de placas de hormig\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0en calles de los barrios Vicente Sol\u00e1, Tres Cerritos, Lamadrid, Ciudad del Milagro, Campo Caseros, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n en las villas Luj\u00e1n, Los Sauces, Primavera y San Jos\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Asimismo, se otorg\u00f3 dictamen favorable al Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n impulsado por el edil Jos\u00e9 Luis Arias que plantea la\u00a0<b>pavimentaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0de calle Emma Sol\u00e1 de Sol\u00e1, entre avenida Alfredo Palacios y calle Juan Manuel G\u00fcemes de barrio Don Emilio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Por otra parte, recibi\u00f3 visto bueno la iniciativa del concejal Arnaldo Ramos (VPS) que requiere la\u00a0<b>instalaci\u00f3n o reposici\u00f3n de luminarias<\/b>\u00a0en pasaje Sargento Primero Pedro Nolasco Puray, en barrio 15 de Febrero. En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la Ordenanza N\u00b0 15.766.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Se agrega el Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n presentado por el edil Gustavo Farquharson (VPS) que solicita\u00a0<b>la instalaci\u00f3n de rampas para personas<\/b>\u00a0con discapacidad en calle Rep\u00fablica de Siria, entre las arterias Manuel Belgrano y General G\u00fcemes de barrio San Mart\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">El Proyecto de Solicitud de Informe, de autor\u00eda de la concejala Laura Jorge Saravia (LLA), requiere al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal remitir informaci\u00f3n vinculada a la\u00a0<b>obra de refacciones y restauraci\u00f3n del Mercado San Miguel<\/b>. El pedido incluye detalles t\u00e9cnicos sobre el proyecto y anteproyecto, factibilidades de servicios, proceso de selecci\u00f3n y adjudicaci\u00f3n de la empresa contratista, impacto de la redeterminaci\u00f3n de precios, estado de avance de obra, aprobaci\u00f3n de planos requeridos por normativa, y plan de seguridad e higiene que contemple la situaci\u00f3n de los puesteros que trabajan en los alrededores del edificio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">De la reuni\u00f3n participaron los legisladores Arnaldo Ramos, Alicia Vargas
