La iniciativa dispone dejar sin efecto el procedimiento de urgencia solicitado mediante los Expedientes C\u00b0s N\u00b0s 82-60964-SG-2016, Nota SIGA N\u00b0 8645\/2020 y 82-7471-SG-2024, remitidos oportunamente por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2699\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54749346125_81ab7dc059_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54749346125_81ab7dc059_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54749346125_81ab7dc059_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54749346125_81ab7dc059_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La medida se enmarca en lo establecido en el \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 40 de la Ley N\u00b0 6.534, Carta Municipal. El objetivo de lo dispuesto por el Cuerpo es\u00a0<b>continuar y profundizar el estudio del expediente vinculado al Proyecto Condominio Costanera.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En relaci\u00f3n a la iniciativa se manifestaron los concejales Gonzalo Nieva, Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (ambos de JxC) y Gonzalo Corral
