Para ello la mesa de trabajo dispuso convocar al encuentro al coordinador General del CD, Luis Rodr\u00edguez, quien tiene a su cargo el programa Concejales por un D\u00eda que lleva adelante el organismo legislativo. El objetivo de la invitaci\u00f3n es conocer su punto de vista en relaci\u00f3n a la iniciativa en tratamiento, que busca acompa\u00f1ar y fortalecer a los Centros de Estudiantes de las diferentes instituciones educativas de la ciudad.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La invitaci\u00f3n a miembros de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General del CD surge del inter\u00e9s de los concejales de analizar conjuntamente aspectos incluidos en el Proyecto elaborado por el edil Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP). El mismo\u00a0<b>tiene por objeto acompa\u00f1ar y fortalecer a los Centros de Estudiantes de las diferentes instituciones educativas de la ciudad<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En el expediente tambi\u00e9n se resalta que el\u00a0<b>Programa Municipal de Participaci\u00f3n Estudiantil tendr\u00e1 como finalidad promover el ejercicio pleno de los derechos de la comunidad estudiantil<\/b>, fomentando su organizaci\u00f3n, representaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n democr\u00e1tica a trav\u00e9s de los Centros de Estudiantes, conforme a lo establecido en la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 26877 y la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 8235.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">En los\u00a0<b>Considerandos<\/b>\u00a0se pone de relieve que la Ley Nacional N\u00b0 26877 reconoce el derecho de los y las estudiantes a constituir Centros de Estudiantes como \u00f3rganos democr\u00e1ticos y representativos en los establecimientos educativos de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada. Asimismo, la Provincia de Salta ha adherido a dicha normativa nacional mediante la Ley Provincial N\u00b0 8235, promoviendo la consolidaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de participaci\u00f3n juvenil en el \u00e1mbito educativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Forman parte de la mencionada Comisi\u00f3n los ediles Bel\u00e9n Maman\u00ed, Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (ambos de YP), Guillermo Kripper (VPS), Malvina Gareca (SPV), Elisea Sarapura (JxC) y Laura Jorge Saravia (LLA).<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la
