C\u00ba N\u00ba 82-26866-SG-2024, Nota SIGA N\u00ba 7687\/2024 y Nota SIGA N\u00ba 325\/2025, con la salvedad establecida en el art\u00edculo 2\u00ba de la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 728\/2024 CD, en lo referido al Tribunal Administrativo de Faltas, Tribunal de Cuentas Municipal y Concejo Deliberante de la ciudad de Salta.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La legisladora miembro informante, Alicia Vargas (VPS), sostuvo durante su alocuci\u00f3n los fundamentos de su rechazo: \u201c<b>Las circunstancias de las obras sin terminar y la tremenda deuda que ha dejado el municipio<\/b>, junto con obras certificadas, pagadas y no realizadas,\u00a0<b>hacen muy dif\u00edcil en este momento aprobar la Cuenta General del Ejercicio 2023<\/b>\u201d. En la ocasi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se expresaron en el mismo sentido sus pares: Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, Gonzalo Corral (ambos de YP), Eliana Chuchuy (VPS) y Laura Jorge Saravia
