La herramienta estar\u00e1 destinada a brindar de forma clara, accesible y actualizada la informaci\u00f3n de todas las gestiones administrativas municipales.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"es\" xml:lang=\"es\">Al momento de fundamentar el Proyecto, el concejal \u00c1ngel Ortiz destac\u00f3 el esp\u00edritu de la propuesta, subrayando: \u201cMe parece fundamental formalizar la Gu\u00eda de Tr\u00e1mites Municipales bajo el marco de una Ordenanza. Aunque ya existe un portal con informaci\u00f3n, lo que se busca es darle trazabilidad y un sustento normativo a este nuevo mundo que representan los tr\u00e1mites digitales\u201d. En este sentido, remarc\u00f3 la importancia de avanzar en la modernizaci\u00f3n administrativa: \u201cLos ciudadanos cada vez reclaman m\u00e1s la posibilidad de realizar un sinn\u00famero de gestiones sin necesidad de concurrir personalmente, evitando traslados, costos y p\u00e9rdidas de tiempo. Necesitamos informaci\u00f3n clara, seria y concreta, y esta norma es un puntapi\u00e9 inicial para seguir trabajando en la digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos municipales\u201d.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La normativa sancionada establece que cada tr\u00e1mite incorporado deber\u00e1 contener como\u00a0<b>m\u00ednimo datos<\/b>\u00a0sobre su denominaci\u00f3n, requisitos, documentaci\u00f3n necesaria, pasos detallados del procedimiento, enlaces a formularios digitales, tiempo estimado de finalizaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1mite, costos en caso de corresponder, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n contactos, dependencias responsables, lugar y horarios de atenci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Asimismo, el DEM designar\u00e1 una\u00a0<b>Autoridad de Aplicaci\u00f3n<\/b>, que tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la\u00a0<b>actualizaci\u00f3n<\/b>\u00a0permanente de la Gu\u00eda y la\u00a0<b>implementaci\u00f3n de herramientas de mejora<\/b>\u00a0continua, a trav\u00e9s de encuestas, an\u00e1lisis de experiencia de usuario y canales de consulta digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">El acceso a la Gu\u00eda\u00a0<b>estar\u00e1 disponible tanto desde el sitio web de la Municipalidad como mediante un c\u00f3digo QR<\/b>\u00a0creado a tal fin. La Ordenanza tambi\u00e9n prev\u00e9 una amplia campa\u00f1a de difusi\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de medios televisivos, radiales, gr\u00e1ficos, digitales, redes sociales, dependencias municipales y
