En esta oportunidad, se resolvi\u00f3 invitar a la directora general de Discapacidad del DEM, Tania Saravia, con el objetivo de avanzar en la tem\u00e1tica, profundizando en las pol\u00edticas que se vienen implementando en la materia.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2998\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54727991322_95ba07886a_c-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54727991322_95ba07886a_c-1.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54727991322_95ba07886a_c-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/54727991322_95ba07886a_c-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Durante la primera reuni\u00f3n de la Mesa de Di\u00e1logo se trataron diversos ejes, entre ellos la\u00a0<b>importancia de la capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n para el empleo<\/b>, los desaf\u00edos vinculados al acceso al trabajo<b>, la necesidad de articular acciones entre los sectores p\u00fablico y privado, la implementaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de los cupos laborales<\/b>, as\u00ed como propuestas orientadas a profundizar la sensibilizaci\u00f3n y concientizaci\u00f3n en empresas y organismos. En tanto, en la segunda instancia se analizaron aspectos normativos vigentes,\u00a0<b>la relevancia de las capacitaciones y la adecuaci\u00f3n de los pictogramas,<\/b>\u00a0junto con su implementaci\u00f3n en distintos establecimientos de la ciudad, con el objetivo de facilitar la orientaci\u00f3n y el desplazamiento en los espacios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">Cabe destacar que la Mesa de Dialogo, creada mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 262\/25, tiene entre sus funciones relevar las problem\u00e1ticas que afectan a las personas con discapacidad en la ciudad, elaborar propuestas legislativas, normativas o de gesti\u00f3n, impulsar campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n, accesibilidad y sensibilizaci\u00f3n en espacios p\u00fablicos, fomentar instancias de formaci\u00f3n, acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, as\u00ed como emitir informes, recomendaciones y dict\u00e1menes dirigidos a los distintos niveles del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"ES\" xml:lang=\"ES\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Discapacidad es presidida por la legisladora Malvina Gareca (SPV), quien est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por sus pares Arnaldo Ramos (VPS), Elisea Sarapura (JxC), Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda y Jos\u00e9 Luis Arias (ambos de
