El encuentro tendr\u00e1 por objeto analizar de manera conjunta el Proyecto de Ordenanza que propone promover el cuidado integral de la salud y educaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica sobre el uso medicinal del cannabis y sus derivados.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El texto elaborado por la concejala In\u00e9s Bennassar (GSC) propone la <strong>promoci\u00f3n del cuidado integral de la salud y la educaci\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s de la investigaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica, sobre el<\/strong> <strong>uso medicinal del cannabis y sus derivados, como recurso terap\u00e9utico seguro. y su uso cient\u00edfico,<\/strong> autorizados por la Ley N.\u00ba 27.350, en el \u00e1mbito de la Municipalidad de la ciudad de Salta. En la redacci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se prev\u00e9 la <strong>creaci\u00f3n del Consejo asesor de pol\u00edticas relacionadas al cannabis de uso medicinal,<\/strong> definiendo sus funciones y la posibilidad de que el DEM pueda firmar convenios destinados a la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Comisi\u00f3n es presidida por el legislador Guillermo Kripper (VPS), quien esta acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, Gonzalo Corral (ambos de YP), Malvina Gareca (SPV), Gonzalo Nieva, Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (ambos de JxC), Eliana
