La misma ser\u00e1 encabezada por el titular del CD, Dar\u00edo Madile. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Durante el desarrollo de la Sesi\u00f3n, los ediles dar\u00e1n tratamiento a 20 Proyectos legislativos con dict\u00e1menes correspondientes, los que fueron incluidos en el Orden del D\u00eda elaborado hoy por la Comisi\u00f3n de Labor Parlamentaria. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Periodistas y p\u00fablico en general podr\u00e1n acceder a una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo y realizar un seguimiento de la Sesi\u00f3n mediante el link http:\/\/www.cdsalta.gob.ar, as\u00ed como por la p\u00e1gina de Facebook y el canal de YouTube de la instituci\u00f3n legislativa. Tambi\u00e9n pueden realizar la cobertura de forma presencial en los palcos y la oficina de prensa del CD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3512\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54840962377_60bdfc15e2_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54840962377_60bdfc15e2_c.jpg 800w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54840962377_60bdfc15e2_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54840962377_60bdfc15e2_c-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como primer punto del Orden del D\u00eda se encuentra un Proyecto de Ordenanza presentado por la concejala Elisea Sarapura (JxC). El dictamen propone modificaciones a la Ordenanza N.\u00ba 15.996, referida al uso exclusivo de papel reciclado en dependencias municipales. El texto incorpora un art\u00edculo que establece que el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal deber\u00e1 disponer la colocaci\u00f3n de <strong>contenedores para la recolecci\u00f3n diferenciada de papeles en la Municipalidad de Salta, el Concejo Deliberante, el Tribunal de Cuentas y el Tribunal de Faltas<\/strong>, conforme a las modalidades y caracter\u00edsticas dispuestas en la Ordenanza N.\u00ba 15.415, de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos Urbanos (G.I.R.U.). Se suman modificaciones vinculadas a las caracter\u00edsticas de la recolecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, los concejales dar\u00e1n tratamiento a un Proyecto elaborado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas y Urbanismo que propone <strong>aceptar la donaci\u00f3n efectuada por el Instituto Provincial de Vivienda a favor de la Municipalidad, de un terreno de 3 ha 2.198,22 m\u00b2, ubicado en barrio El Huaico<\/strong>, correspondiente a la Matr\u00edcula N.\u00ba 168.754 (actual Matr\u00edcula N.\u00ba 177.723), Secci\u00f3n J, Fracci\u00f3n 109, del Departamento Capital. La superficie ser\u00e1 destinada al uso p\u00fablico municipal, discriminada de la siguiente manera: 2 ha 9.747,23 m\u00b2 para calles, 273,50 m\u00b2 para ochavas y 2.177,49 m\u00b2 para espacios verdes. El texto tambi\u00e9n establece que estas<strong> superficies tendr\u00e1n car\u00e1cter exclusivamente p\u00fablico y no podr\u00e1n ser destinadas a otro fin bajo ning\u00fan concepto.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se suma al temario una serie de pedidos al DEM que solicitan <strong>obras<\/strong> de bacheo, reparaci\u00f3n de desag\u00fces, pavimentaci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n de rampas para personas con discapacidad y construcci\u00f3n de cord\u00f3n cuneta. Tambi\u00e9n se pide gestionar la reparaci\u00f3n de p\u00e9rdidas de agua, la sustituci\u00f3n de luminarias y la instalaci\u00f3n de red de agua potable para distintos barrios del Municipio. Agreg\u00e1ndose expedientes que buscan <strong>reconocer a una personalidad del \u00e1mbito art\u00edstico y a diversas actividades a realizarse en la ciudad<\/strong>.
