En primer t\u00e9rmino, una de las invitaciones previstas para la pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n tiene como objetivo obtener mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre el Proyecto de Ordenanza que propone la creaci\u00f3n de un R\u00e9gimen de Registraci\u00f3n Edilicia. Por otro lado, y en el marco del estudio del Proyecto del C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Administrativo de la Municipalidad de Salta, los miembros de la mesa de trabajo resolvieron invitar a representantes del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal para el pr\u00f3ximo 4 de noviembre, a fin de profundizar el an\u00e1lisis de la iniciativa y recabar aportes t\u00e9cnicos sobre su contenido.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3819\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una de las iniciativas analizadas propone establecer el <strong>R\u00e9gimen de Registraci\u00f3n Edilicia<\/strong> para inmuebles con edificaciones ejecutadas o con un avance m\u00ednimo del ochenta por ciento (80%) de obra dentro del ejido urbano municipal, que se encuentren en contravenci\u00f3n a lo dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo de Edificaci\u00f3n (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.778) y en el C\u00f3digo de Planeamiento Urbano Ambiental (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.779), o las normas que en el futuro las reemplacen. La convocatoria a los funcionarios municipales tiene por objeto analizar la iniciativa y conocer datos vinculados a la aplicaci\u00f3n de una normativa de similares caracter\u00edsticas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante el encuentro, los legisladores tambi\u00e9n iniciaron el an\u00e1lisis del <strong>Proyecto del C\u00f3digo de Procedimiento Administrativo de la Municipalidad de Salta remitida por el DEM<\/strong>. En este marco, los concejales se\u00f1alaron que el municipio no cuenta con una normativa propia en la materia, rigi\u00e9ndose actualmente por la legislaci\u00f3n provincial vigente. En virtud de ello consideraron oportuno avanzar en el estudio del expediente, teniendo en cuenta como objetivos marco el dotar de mayor eficiencia y agilidad a las actuaciones administrativas, as\u00ed como la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que optimicen los procesos. En este contexto, resolvieron convocar a los funcionarios municipales para la reuni\u00f3n prevista para el 4 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La reuni\u00f3n de la fecha fue presidida por el legislador Guillermo Kripper (VPS), quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, Gonzalo Corral (ambos de YP), Malvina Gareca (SPV), Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele, Gonzalo Corral (ambos de JxC), Juan Pablo Linares, Eliana Chuchuy (ambos de VPS), In\u00e9s Bennassar y Paula Medici (ambas de GSC).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta
