La iniciativa propone cambios en las normas <\/strong><strong>N\u00ba 14.397, referida al Servicio de Contenedores; N\u00ba 14.136, C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos en Materia de Faltas Municipales; y N\u00ba 15.415, sobre Regulaci\u00f3n de Procedimientos de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos Urbanos, <\/strong><strong>con el objeto de ampliar las sanciones en caso de incumplimiento y actualizar la regulaci\u00f3n del servicio de contenedores. A los fines de dar continuidad al tratamiento del expediente se dispuso su remisi\u00f3n a la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n General.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3820\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870335934_1276c2ed00_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870335934_1276c2ed00_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870335934_1276c2ed00_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870335934_1276c2ed00_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante el encuentro, los concejales analizaron un escrito remitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal vinculado con el servicio de contenedores. En este marco, resolvieron dictaminar a favor, con modificaciones, de la propuesta que busca <strong>modificar las Ordenanzas N\u00ba 14.397, referida al Servicio de Contenedores; N\u00ba 15.415, sobre Regulaci\u00f3n de Procedimientos de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos Urbanos y N\u00ba 14.136, C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos en Materia de Faltas Municipales<\/strong>. En relaci\u00f3n a las dos primeras normas, se plantean redacciones vinculadas a las <strong>sanciones por el transporte de materiales prohibidos y la descarga de residuos en sitios no autorizados<\/strong>. El Proyecto adem\u00e1s propone <strong>actualizaciones en los requisitos de los rodados afectados al servicio y el r\u00e9gimen de sanciones y multas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como adecuaciones de procedimiento y orden t\u00e9cnico con el prop\u00f3sito de optimizar el funcionamiento y control del sistema de recolecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La reuni\u00f3n de Comisi\u00f3n de hoy fue encabezada por la concejala Alicia Vargas, con la presencia de sus pares Jos\u00e9 Albornoz (ambos de VPS), Gonzalo Corral (YP), Gonzalo Nieva y Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele
