En la ocasi\u00f3n, los concejales recibir\u00e1n a representantes de la Jefatura de Gabinete y de la Subsecretar\u00eda de Obras Privadas de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas del DEM. El encuentro tiene por objeto el an\u00e1lisis del Proyecto de Ordenanza remitido por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal referido al R\u00e9gimen de Registraci\u00f3n Edilicia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3819\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54870229274_6f91b15745_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La iniciativa propone establecer un <strong>mecanismo destinado a regularizar edificaciones ejecutadas o con un avance m\u00ednimo del ochenta por ciento (80%) de obra dentro del ejido urbano municipal, que se encuentren en contravenci\u00f3n con lo dispuesto por el C\u00f3digo de Edificaci\u00f3n (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.778) y el C\u00f3digo de Planeamiento Urbano Ambiental (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.779),<\/strong> o las normas que en el futuro las reemplacen. En los Considerandos de la iniciativa se se\u00f1ala que el objetivo del Proyecto es brindar mayores posibilidades a los ciudadanos para acceder a los procesos de regularizaci\u00f3n formal, promoviendo el cumplimiento progresivo de la normativa edilicia y facilitar, a su vez, el acceso al cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que el expediente ya cuenta con dictamen favorable de la Comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas y Urbanismo. Durante su an\u00e1lisis, los ediles destacaron que <strong>el texto incorpora medidas orientadas a la simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites, la reducci\u00f3n de multas y la ampliaci\u00f3n de beneficios sociales<\/strong>. Asimismo, se subray\u00f3 que el articulado contempla la situaci\u00f3n de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables, actualizando las exenciones en el pago de sanciones econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Comisi\u00f3n es presidida por el legislador Guillermo Kripper (VPS), y est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, Gonzalo Corral (ambos de YP), Malvina Gareca (SPV), Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele, Gonzalo Nieva (ambos de JxC), Juan Pablo Linares, Eliana Chuchuy (ambos de VPS), In\u00e9s Bennassar y Paula Medici (ambas de GSC).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ma\u00f1ana a horas 10.00, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una nueva reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n General del Concejo Deliberante.
