La misma ser\u00e1 encabezada <\/strong><strong>por el titular del CD, Dar\u00edo Madile. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Durante el desarrollo de la Sesi\u00f3n los ediles dar\u00e1n tratamiento a cuatro Proyectos legislativos con dict\u00e1menes correspondientes, los que fueron incluidos en el Orden del D\u00eda elaborado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Labor Parlamentaria<\/strong><strong>. Se suman a ellos los Proyectos presentados Sobre Tablas elaborados por ediles de diferentes bancadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Periodistas y p\u00fablico en general podr\u00e1n acceder a una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo y realizar un seguimiento de la Sesi\u00f3n mediante el link <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdsalta.gob.ar\/\">http:\/\/www.cdsalta.gob.ar<\/a>, as\u00ed como por la p\u00e1gina de Facebook y el canal de YouTube de la instituci\u00f3n legislativa. Tambi\u00e9n pueden realizar la cobertura de forma presencial en los palcos y la oficina de Prensa del CD.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3885\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54873604555_e5143a4b0a_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54873604555_e5143a4b0a_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54873604555_e5143a4b0a_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/54873604555_e5143a4b0a_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Como primer punto del Orden del D\u00eda se encuentra el Proyecto de Ordenanza que propone establecer el <strong>R\u00e9gimen de Registraci\u00f3n Edilicia para inmuebles con edificaciones ejecutadas o con un avance m\u00ednimo del ochenta por ciento (80%) de obra en el ejido urbano municipal, que se encuentren en contravenci\u00f3n a lo dispuesto en el C\u00f3digo de Edificaci\u00f3n (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.778) y en el C\u00f3digo de Planeamiento Urbano Ambiental (Ordenanza N\u00b0 13.779),<\/strong> o las normas que en el futuro las reemplacen. Se establece que podr\u00e1 acogerse al r\u00e9gimen toda persona humana o jur\u00eddica, propietaria o que acredite la adjudicaci\u00f3n del inmueble mediante instrumento legal v\u00e1lido y debidamente certificado. El articulado contempla \u00fanicamente la presentaci\u00f3n de planos de relevamiento de la edificaci\u00f3n existente, sin incluir documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica correspondiente a proyectos. El r\u00e9gimen tiene por objeto que los propietarios que tienen inmuebles con edificaciones no aprobadas puedan regularizarlas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Agreg\u00e1ndose al temario la iniciativa remitida por el Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, que<strong> propone <\/strong><strong>modificaciones a seis Ordenanzas vigentes, con el objetivo de modernizar e implementar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas en tr\u00e1mites y procedimientos de la administraci\u00f3n municipal. <\/strong>Se trata de las Ordenanzas N\u00b0 15.292 \u2014Habilitaciones Comerciales\u2014, N\u00b0 15.415 \u2014Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Residuos Urbanos (GIRU)\u2014, N\u00b0 12.745 \u2014Impacto Ambiental\u2014, N\u00b0 7.481 \u2014Adhesi\u00f3n a la Ley de Residuos Peligrosos\u2014, N\u00b0 13.777 \u2014Anuncios Publicitarios\u2014 y N\u00b0 12.508 \u2014Establecimientos de Residencia para Adultos\u2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se suman al temario una serie de expedientes que recibieron el visto bueno en Comisi\u00f3n de Obras P\u00fablicas y Urbanismo. Uno de los Proyectos resultantes solicita al DEM que incorpore al Plan de Obras del Presupuesto General a\u00f1o 2026, <strong>obras de bacheo o cambio de placas de hormig\u00f3n<\/strong>, seg\u00fan corresponda, en calles de barrio Santa Ana l y Don Emilio. Tambi\u00e9n analizaran un pedido destinado al Ejecutivo Municipal que requiere obras de <strong>pavimentaci\u00f3n y cord\u00f3n cuneta <\/strong>en arterias de barrio Aut\u00f3dromo. Cabe se\u00f1alar que las iniciativas fueron elaboradas por ediles de diferentes bancadas, dando respuesta a presentaciones realizadas por
