El escrito, redactado en base a un expediente remitido por el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda, desafecta del uso p\u00fablico municipal una superficie de terreno de la Capital, disponiendo adem\u00e1s formalizar la permuta de superficies de terreno entre el mencionado organismo y la Municipalidad de Salta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter Ordenanza sancionada dispone la <strong>desafectaci\u00f3n del uso p\u00fablico municipal<\/strong> de una superficie de 999,08 m\u00b2, correspondiente a la Matr\u00edcula N\u00b0 145.801, Secci\u00f3n K, del Departamento Capital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Asimismo, se autoriza al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal a realizar los tr\u00e1mites necesarios para <strong>formalizar la permuta ofrecida por el Instituto Provincial de Vivienda<\/strong>, establecida mediante Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 920\/18, que contempla una superficie de 1.518,00 m\u00b2 del inmueble identificado como Matr\u00edcula N\u00b0 102.814, Parcela 1, Manzana 199d, Secci\u00f3n J, Departamento Capital.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la trig\u00e9sima
