Esta ma\u00f1ana se concret\u00f3 una nueva reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Defensor del Pueblo, encargada del proceso de selecci\u00f3n de los candidatos a Defensor del Pueblo y Secretario Letrado de la Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo de la Ciudad de Salta, conforme a lo establecido por la Ordenanza N\u00ba 14.501.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante el encuentro, sus miembros tomaron conocimiento de la respuesta a la notificaci\u00f3n realizada a uno de los postulantes. Se acord\u00f3 realizar el pr\u00f3ximo encuentro el viernes 14 de noviembre a horas 10.00.<\/strong><\/p>\n

En el desarrollo de la reuni\u00f3n de la fecha los ediles tomaron conocimiento de la respuesta recibida a la notificaci\u00f3n que se realiz\u00f3 a uno de los postulantes en virtud de las impugnaciones existentes. Se dej\u00f3 asentado que la respuesta fue en tiempo y forma y se acord\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n al \u00e1rea legal del CD para que emita el correspondiente dictamen t\u00e9cnico jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n
