El documento <strong>establece un procedimiento obligatorio, claro y eficaz, con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, diversidades e interseccionalidad, destinado a la prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n, abordaje y sanci\u00f3n de hechos de abuso de autoridad y violencia laboral, incluida la ejercida por motivos de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como situaciones de violencia dom\u00e9stica con impacto en el \u00e1mbito de trabajo<\/strong>. Su finalidad es garantizar la efectiva aplicaci\u00f3n de la Ordenanza N\u00b0 16.241.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cabe destacar que el protocolo se viene trabajando desde el a\u00f1o pasado con la participaci\u00f3n de la Oficina de Asesoramiento y Contenci\u00f3n ante Casos de Violencia por Razones de G\u00e9nero y\/o Discriminaci\u00f3n del CD, con el Observatorio de Violencia Contra las Mujeres de la provincia, con \u00e1rea de Recursos Humanos, personal t\u00e9cnico de la Secretar\u00eda Legislativa, miembros del sindicato de los trabajadores del CD y de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos, Mujeres, G\u00e9neros y Diversidad. El proceso incluy\u00f3 instancias de revisi\u00f3n normativa, an\u00e1lisis de protocolos vigentes en otros organismos p\u00fablicos, y la incorporaci\u00f3n de aportes efectuados en reuniones previas dedicadas a esta tem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, la iniciativa incorpora al R\u00e9gimen de Licencias del personal del Concejo Deliberante la justificaci\u00f3n de inasistencias motivadas por violencia laboral, violencia de g\u00e9nero o violencia dom\u00e9stica. La licencia ser\u00e1 con goce de haberes por un m\u00e1ximo de diez (10) d\u00edas calendario por a\u00f1o, continuos o discontinuos, prorrogables en casos excepcionales, previa evaluaci\u00f3n del Equipo Interdisciplinario. Para su otorgamiento, deber\u00e1 presentarse certificaci\u00f3n emitida por una instituci\u00f3n competente o denuncia formal; en caso de no contar con esa documentaci\u00f3n, ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lido el informe o recomendaci\u00f3n fundada del Equipo Interdisciplinario, el cual tendr\u00e1 car\u00e1cter confidencial y resultar\u00e1 vinculante a los efectos administrativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El encuentro fue presidido por el edil Gustavo Farquharson, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Arnaldo Ramos (ambos de VPS), Malvina Gareca (SPV) y Elisea
