La norma tiene por objeto adecuar su articulado a las disposiciones establecidas por el Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional N\u00b0 196\/25, orientadas a la modernizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de los procedimientos vinculados al tr\u00e1nsito.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Durante el tratamiento, el concejal Gonzalo Nieva (J) fundament\u00f3 el acompa\u00f1amiento haciendo referencia al alcance de las modificaciones incorporadas al C\u00f3digo de Tr\u00e1nsito municipal. En ese marco se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cEn l\u00edneas generales y en los art\u00edculos referenciados, lo que se incorpora y lo que se busca receptar es toda la nueva actualizaci\u00f3n y modernizaci\u00f3n que prev\u00e9 la nueva legislaci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad vial\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5282\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55129626359_9b374cd6c8_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55129626359_9b374cd6c8_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55129626359_9b374cd6c8_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55129626359_9b374cd6c8_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>La Ordenanza Ad Refer\u00e9ndum N\u00b0 16.527 adec\u00faa el articulado local a los cambios introducidos por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional mediante el Decreto P.E.N. N\u00b0 196\/25,<\/strong> el cual establece regulaciones orientadas a modernizar, desburocratizar y digitalizar procedimientos vinculados a permisos, habilitaciones y tr\u00e1mites en materia vial. Entre los aspectos comprendidos se incluyen disposiciones relativas al tiempo de vigencia de la Licencia Nacional de Conducir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante el an\u00e1lisis de la iniciativa tambi\u00e9n hizo uso de la palabra la concejala Eliana Chuchuy (PS), quien se refiri\u00f3 a las <strong>actualizaciones previstas en la norma Ad Refer\u00e9ndum y a su impacto en el
