Las iniciativas requieren tareas vinculadas a la instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de luminarias, controles sobre actividades comerciales, relevamiento del arbolado urbano, tareas de limpieza y saneamiento ambiental, erradicaci\u00f3n de microbasurales y mejoras en espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5409\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55142615246_4591039962_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55142615246_4591039962_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55142615246_4591039962_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55142615246_4591039962_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Una de las iniciativas aprobadas unifica presentaciones de los concejales Laura Jorge Saravia (LLA), Gustavo Farquharson y Alicia Vargas (ambos de PS). El articulado requiere al Ejecutivo municipal la <strong>instalaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de luminarias tipo LED<\/strong> en sectores de villa Palacios, Welindo Toledo y Tres Cerritos. La edila Laura Jorge Saravia tom\u00f3 la palabra durante el tratamiento y destac\u00f3 que el requerimiento destinado a barrio Welindo Toledo surge a partir de encuentros mantenidos con vecinos del lugar, quienes transmitieron las problem\u00e1ticas existentes. Tambi\u00e9n se manifestaron los concejales \u00c1ngel Ortiz (UCR) y Eliana Chuchuy (PS), quienes brindaron detalles en relaci\u00f3n a los requerimientos que se realizan en la iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En materia de control de actividades comerciales, se sancion\u00f3 una Resoluci\u00f3n elaborada por la Comisi\u00f3n de Servicios P\u00fablicos, Actividades Comerciales y Privatizaciones a partir de la presentaci\u00f3n de un vecino. La iniciativa solicita al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal la inspecci\u00f3n de una panader\u00eda ubicada en barrio Intersindical, a fin de verificar la <strong>posible existencia de ruidos molestos<\/strong> en contravenci\u00f3n a la normativa ambiental vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tambi\u00e9n se sancion\u00f3 una Resoluci\u00f3n elaborada por la Comisi\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente, Higiene y Seguridad en virtud de un expediente iniciado por un particular. Mediante la misma se solicita la <strong>forestaci\u00f3n, parquizaci\u00f3n y relevamiento de especies arb\u00f3reas<\/strong> en la plaza Crucero ARA General Belgrano de Limache, etapa 10.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por otra parte, el Cuerpo aprob\u00f3 un Proyecto presentado por la concejala Laura Jorge Saravia que requiere <strong>intimar al propietario o responsable de un inmueble ubicado en barrio Welindo Toledo para que realice tareas de limpieza,<\/strong> desmalezado, mantenimiento peri\u00f3dico y cerramiento del predio. Esto en virtud a lo dispuesto en la normativa municipal vigente en materia de residuos y emergencia ambiental por dengue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A su vez, se aprob\u00f3 una iniciativa del concejal Carlos Casasola (LLA) que solicita la <strong>erradicaci\u00f3n de microbasurales, retiro de escombros, desmalezado, saneamiento integral y limpieza de zanjas<\/strong> o canales pluviales en un espacio verde ubicado en barrio Limache, Loteo 6 DSA, as\u00ed como la instalaci\u00f3n de carteler\u00eda que proh\u00edba arrojar residuos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la Sesi\u00f3n de la fecha tambi\u00e9n se dio sanci\u00f3n a una Resoluci\u00f3n que unifica expedientes de los concejales \u00c9rica Castro (LLA) y el edil mandato cumplido Arnaldo Ramos. La normativa solicita el <strong>relevamiento de especies arb\u00f3reas<\/strong> a fin de determinar la necesidad de poda o extracci\u00f3n en barrios SUPE y Limache, as\u00ed como en villa Primavera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Asimismo, se aprob\u00f3 una iniciativa presentada por la concejala Laura Jorge Saravia mediante la cual se pide <strong>la reparaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento integral e instalaci\u00f3n de mobiliario urbano <\/strong>en el espacio p\u00fablico colindante a la Escuela N\u00ba 4730 Nuestra Se\u00f1ora del Milagro, ubicado en barrio Limache, contemplando condiciones de seguridad, accesibilidad e inclusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la tercera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria los ediles sancionaron siete Resoluciones destinadas al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.
