En la oportunidad, los concejales otorgaron dictamen favorable a dos Proyectos de Solicitud de Informe. Las iniciativas, destinadas al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, requieren informaci\u00f3n vinculada al uso del relleno sanitario San Javier, la instalaci\u00f3n de estructuras tipo \u201cdeck\u201d en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica, la recuperaci\u00f3n de espacios verdes y los controles sobre la ocupaci\u00f3n de veredas por parte de locales comerciales.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5448\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55143769031_f6b6bb34c8_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55143769031_f6b6bb34c8_c.jpg 799w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55143769031_f6b6bb34c8_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55143769031_f6b6bb34c8_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 799px) 100vw, 799px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En primer t\u00e9rmino, los ediles dieron visto bueno a un Proyecto de Solicitud de Informe presentado por la concejala Laura Jorge Saravia (LLA). La iniciativa solicita al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que <strong>informe si existen convenios o instrumentos suscriptos entre la Municipalidad de Salta y otros municipios respecto al uso del relleno sanitario San Javier<\/strong> para la disposici\u00f3n y tratamiento de residuos. Asimismo, se requieren precisiones sobre las condiciones del servicio prestado, los mecanismos de control de ingreso de residuos, entre otros puntos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Posteriormente, durante el an\u00e1lisis de un Proyecto de Solicitud de Informe presentado por la concejala Laura Garc\u00eda (VS), los ediles resolvieron otorgar tres dict\u00e1menes favorables a las presentaciones. Una de las iniciativas solicita al DEM que informe si las <strong>estructuras tipo \u201cdeck\u201d <\/strong>instaladas en calle 12 de Octubre al 800 y en calle Santiago del Estero al 400 cuentan con la correspondiente autorizaci\u00f3n municipal, requiriendo en caso afirmativo copia de los permisos otorgados, los requisitos t\u00e9cnicos exigidos y los criterios de aprobaci\u00f3n aplicados para su instalaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Otra de las propuestas requiere al Ejecutivo municipal la remisi\u00f3n de una <strong>n\u00f3mina actualizada de parques y espacios p\u00fablicos recuperados<\/strong> en la ciudad durante el per\u00edodo comprendido entre el a\u00f1o 2023 y marzo de 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Finalmente, la tercera iniciativa solicita que se detalle el plan vigente de control y fiscalizaci\u00f3n en el micro y macrocentro de la ciudad en relaci\u00f3n con la <strong>ocupaci\u00f3n de veredas por parte de locales comerciales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La reuni\u00f3n fue presidida por el concejal \u00c1ngel Ortiz (UCR) y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de sus pares Laura Garc\u00eda (VS), Eliana Chuchuy (PS), Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (J), Camila Lobo (PS), Gonzalo Nieva (J) Erica Castro y Rodrigo Quinteros (ambos de
