Oportunidad en la que los ediles acordaron dictaminar a favor de veintis\u00e9is pedidos de condonaci\u00f3n de deudas impositivas presentados por vecinos de la ciudad. Los expedientes est\u00e1n vinculados a la Tasa General de Inmuebles, el Impuesto Inmobiliario, la Tasa de Protecci\u00f3n de Personas y Bienes y la Tasa de Uso de Nicho. Buscando dar continuidad al tratamiento legislativo de los escritos, se acord\u00f3 su remisi\u00f3n a la Comisi\u00f3n de Hacienda, Presupuesto y Cuentas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5628\" src=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55177963335_f762bcf573_c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55177963335_f762bcf573_c.jpg 800w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55177963335_f762bcf573_c-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdsalta.gob.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/55177963335_f762bcf573_c-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, los concejales analizaron diversos expedientes presentados por particulares. Disponiendo otorgar visto bueno a <strong>21 requerimientos de condonaciones de deuda de la Tasa General de Inmuebles (TGI), el Impuesto Inmobiliario (II), y la Tasa de Protecci\u00f3n de Personas y Bienes<\/strong>. Agreg\u00e1ndose <strong>cinco pedidos relacionados a la Tasa de Uso de Nicho<\/strong>. Es preciso se\u00f1alar que los expedientes contaban con el informe socioecon\u00f3mico correspondiente, en donde se plasma la situaci\u00f3n de los solicitantes. Consign\u00e1ndose que se trata de veteranos de guerra, personas jubiladas, en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad social o con alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por otro lado, se acord\u00f3 remitir <strong>veinticinco expedientes al Departamento Social y cuatro al Departamento Jur\u00eddico del CD<\/strong>, con el objeto de que las \u00e1reas se expidan al respecto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n estuvo presidida por el edil David Leiva (MM), quien fue acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Eliana Chuchuy (PS), Carlos
