El texto requiere al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal que brinde informaci\u00f3n vinculada a la urbanizaci\u00f3n \u201cV\u00eda Aurelia\u201d, en particular respecto al tratamiento de efluentes cloacales y posibles impactos ambientales en la zona.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La iniciativa solicita que, en un plazo de diez d\u00edas, el Ejecutivo informe sobre la existencia de <strong>Certificado de Aptitud Ambiental<\/strong> vigente otorgado al emprendimiento, <strong>actuaciones de la Secretar\u00eda de Ambiente relacionadas con el vertido de efluentes cloacales en el r\u00edo Arenales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n actas e inspecciones realizadas en la urbanizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Asimismo, el requerimiento contempla el env\u00edo de antecedentes y presentaciones efectuadas por los desarrolladores del loteo vinculadas al <strong>tratamiento de efluentes cloacales,<\/strong> planes de tratamiento y remediaci\u00f3n ambiental, detallando si los mismos fueron aprobados u observados por el \u00e1rea municipal competente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el mismo sentido, se solicita <strong>remitir toda la documentaci\u00f3n relacionada con la tramitaci\u00f3n del loteo \u201cV\u00eda Aurelia\u201d<\/strong>, incluyendo planos e informes vinculados a su habilitaci\u00f3n y eventuales observaciones formuladas por el Municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En los fundamentos de la presentaci\u00f3n se se\u00f1ala que la <strong>iniciativa surge a partir de consultas y reclamos efectuados por vecinos de villa Rebeca y residentes de la urbanizaci\u00f3n,<\/strong> as\u00ed como del conocimiento de actuaciones iniciadas por el Ente Regulador de los Servicios P\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sobre Tablas los legisladores aprobaron una Solicitud de Informe presentada por el concejal Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP).
