La iniciativa introduce modificaciones al Protocolo de Prevenci\u00f3n y Actuaci\u00f3n ante Situaciones de Violencia Laboral por Motivos de G\u00e9nero y Violencia Dom\u00e9stica con Incidencia en el Trabajo vigente en el \u00e1mbito del Concejo Deliberante. Los cambios incorporados actualizan distintos aspectos vinculados a las competencias de las \u00e1reas intervinientes, el procedimiento administrativo aplicable, las medidas de protecci\u00f3n, los criterios de actuaci\u00f3n y los mecanismos de resguardo de la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con los casos que pudieran presentarse. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La concejala y miembro informante Malvina Gareca (PC) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las modificaciones introducidas al Protocolo de Actuaci\u00f3n ante Casos de Violencia Laboral y Violencia Laboral por Motivos de G\u00e9nero son el <strong>resultado de la experiencia adquirida durante su implementaci\u00f3n y del trabajo conjunto realizado por distintos sectores de la instituci\u00f3n<\/strong>. En ese sentido, record\u00f3 que la herramienta fue elaborada luego de m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de trabajo articulado con el Observatorio de Violencia contra las Mujeres y con la representaci\u00f3n gremial del Concejo Deliberante. La edila explic\u00f3 que, a partir de la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica del protocolo, surgieron aspectos que requer\u00edan adecuaciones y actualizaciones. \u201c<strong>Cuando uno va poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica los protocolos surgen determinadas situaciones que el equipo t\u00e9cnico que lo aplica vio la necesidad de modificar<\/strong>\u201d, sostuvo, agregando que las reformas fueron analizadas durante varios meses antes de arribar a una propuesta consensuada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre los <strong>cambios introducidos<\/strong> se incluyen precisiones sobre los tipos de violencia comprendidos, la autoridad de aplicaci\u00f3n y las funciones de las \u00e1reas intervinientes, las medidas de protecci\u00f3n urgentes, los procedimientos de investigaci\u00f3n y sumario administrativo, los criterios para la resoluci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de las faltas, el tratamiento de las denuncias que involucren a personal de planta y agrupamiento pol\u00edtico, as\u00ed como los criterios de aplicaci\u00f3n de sanciones y agravantes contemplados en la normativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante el debate de la iniciativa la concejal Florec\u00eda Le\u00f3n (LLA) tom\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la palabra para dar a conocer su postura en relaci\u00f3n a la tem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el desarrollo
