En la oportunidad, los concejales continuar\u00e1n con el tratamiento del Proyecto de Ordenanza que propone establecer mecanismos de transparencia e informaci\u00f3n en la comercializaci\u00f3n de loteos. En ese marco, los ediles convocaron a la coordinadora general de Planificaci\u00f3n Territorial de la Municipalidad de Salta, Mariana Zoricich, a fin de conocer su postura en relaci\u00f3n a la iniciativa y las acciones que, desde el \u00e1rea a su cargo, se vienen llevando adelante en la tem\u00e1tica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Proyecto de Ordenanza en an\u00e1lisis es de autor\u00eda del concejal Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP) y tiene por objeto <strong>garantizar el acceso a informaci\u00f3n clara, veraz, suficiente y oportuna en la comercializaci\u00f3n de lotes dentro del ejido municipal, a los fines de promover el ordenamiento territorial y la prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de pr\u00e1cticas enga\u00f1osas a los consumidores<\/strong>. La iniciativa propone un r\u00e9gimen de informaci\u00f3n, control y publicidad para los loteos, obligando a desarrolladores y comercializadores a exhibir de manera visible datos vinculados al estado administrativo, urban\u00edstico, ambiental y de servicios de cada emprendimiento. Asimismo, prev\u00e9 la incorporaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n, medidas preventivas, sanciones ante incumplimientos y la implementaci\u00f3n de un Visor Oficial de Control de Loteos integrado a la Infraestructura de Datos Espaciales de la Municipalidad de Salta (IdemSa), con acceso p\u00fablico, gratuito y actualizaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Comisi\u00f3n es presidida por el concejal Gonzalo Nieva (J), quien est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ado por sus pares Eliana Chuchuy, Camila Lobo, Gustavo Farquharson (todos de PS), Malvina Gareca (PC), Laura Garc\u00eda (VS), In\u00e9s Bennassar (GSC), Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP), Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele, Erica Castro, Laura Jorge Saravia, Florencia Le\u00f3n (todos de LLA) y Pablo
