\"\"En Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, los concejales aprobaron el Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n mediante el cual se rechaza y desestima el expediente C\u00b0 N.\u00ba 135-2831\/26 presentado por concejales del bloque La Libertad Avanza. La presentaci\u00f3n solicitaba la intervenci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Disciplina, Juicio Pol\u00edtico y Responsabilidad Patrimonial con el objeto de analizar y evaluar la conducta del concejal Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP). Esto en relaci\u00f3n con los hechos acaecidos el 6 de agosto de 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante el an\u00e1lisis de la iniciativa tomaron la palabra los concejales Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda (YP), Eliana Chuchuy, Gustavo Farquharson, Alicia Vargas (todos de PS), Laura Garc\u00eda (VS), Malvina Gareca (PC), Gonzalo Nieva (J) y \u00c1ngel Ortiz (UCR) con el objeto de fundamentar su voto a favor de la Resoluci\u00f3n.
