La superficie ser\u00e1 destinada a espacios de uso p\u00fablico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Del total de la superficie ser\u00e1 destinado <strong>12.542,60 m\u00b2 para calles, 152,56 m\u00b2 para ochavas, 3.957,53 m\u00b2 para espacio verde y 400 m\u00b2 para uso institucional<\/strong>. La norma establece adem\u00e1s que estos espacios ser\u00e1n de uso p\u00fablico municipal y que su destino no podr\u00e1 modificarse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Concejo
