Durante el encuentro, a realizarse a horas 9.00, la mesa de trabajo tiene previsto continuar el an\u00e1lisis de un Proyecto de Ordenanza que propone crear el C\u00f3digo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Bienestar Animal y Convivencia Responsable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La iniciativa en tratamiento es de autor\u00eda de la concejala Agustina \u00c1lvarez Eichele (LLA) y propone crear el <strong>C\u00f3digo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n, Bienestar Animal y Convivencia Responsable de la Ciudad de Salta<\/strong>. El cual est\u00e1 destinado a establecer un r\u00e9gimen integral de protecci\u00f3n de los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, prevenci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n del maltrato y la crueldad, control \u00e9tico de la poblaci\u00f3n canina y felina, promoci\u00f3n del cuidado responsable y regulaci\u00f3n de la convivencia entre animales y personas dentro del ejido municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En anteriores <strong>encuentros <\/strong>de la Comisi\u00f3n de Salud, los ediles <strong>recibieron al subsecretario de Bienestar Animal y Zoonosis de la Municipalidad, Mat\u00edas Peretti, y a las abogadas del Instituto de Derecho Animal, Virginia Ferrufino y Mariana Laime<\/strong>. En ese marco, los invitados <strong>analizaron algunos aspectos del escrito<\/strong> y se realizaron aportes a la redacci\u00f3n. Entre los <strong>temas considerados<\/strong> se encuentran aspectos l\u00e9xicos, las definiciones y condiciones de bienestar, la habilitaci\u00f3n de mecanismos municipales de denuncia contra el maltrato animal, entre otros puntos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A los fines de profundizar el abordaje de la iniciativa, los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n convocaron a la <strong>reuni\u00f3n de ma\u00f1ana<\/strong> a la decana de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias y Veterinaria de la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Salta, Mar\u00eda de los Milagros de Haro, junto a la coordinadora del Instituto del Derecho Animal, Carmen C\u00e9spedes Cartagenas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Salud es presidida por la edila In\u00e9s Bennassar (GSC), quien est\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por sus pares Pablo L\u00f3pez (LP), Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Luis Arias (ambos de YP), Gonzalo Nieva (J) y Florencia Le\u00f3n
